Frequently asked questions
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for the first sign-in. After that, Allouwa opens and works even without network: you see your screens and can collect payments. Everything is sent automatically once the connection is back.
How much does Allouwa cost?
The first payment depends on the number of talibés (from 150 000 FCFA to 300 000 FCFA) and covers 12 months. After that, 130 000 FCFA per year. You start with a 5-day free trial.
Do I need a computer?
No. Allouwa works on phone, tablet and computer. You can install it on your phone’s home screen.
Which languages?
French, Arabic (right to left) and English. Everyone picks their language with one tap.
What do parents see?
Only their own child: Quran progress, payments and the daara’s messages. Never the other talibés.
Is my data safe?
Each daara has its own private, isolated space. Everyone only sees what their role allows: the director everything, the moniteur their class, the accountant the finances, the parent their child.
